[BLAST_SHIFTS] Daily BLAST meeting

After warming up and cooling the target cell, the polarization is
basically unchanged (Pzz about 40%, hPz left 0.41 +- 0.07, hPz right 0.24
+-0.05) after 2.1 kC of analyzed data. Therefore we will change the cell
to the one we used last year.

We will continue to take data until 11 pm, filling to up to 200 mA. After
8 pm, the run length should be decreased to 250k events. That way, all
data will be crunched before 8 am when the target cell change will
begin. If by some miracle the later runs have high target polarization,
that would be our last opportunity to change our minds.

Shifts are cancelled after this evening's shift (Peter
Karpius). Hopefully the old target will be installed and ready to take
data for the weekend.
