[BLAST_ANAWARE] need some help

Dear BlastLib writers,

I would like to ask you to offer me some help in setting up the analysis
of the leadglass detector.
I'll take care of electronics map and raw macros for adc and tdc. If
someone could make sure that TBLRaw and TBLDetRecon are updated. Also,
lrn/lrd should provide additional ntuple entries, and the dst should be
extended by these entries, too.

The leadglass is located in the left sector, behind the rear ToF section
and consists of two columns of nine bars each. There is an upstream and a
downstream column. Numbering will be 0-8 from top to bottom. Each channel
has single-readout only, and the two blocks of the same row are not
connected. All we need in the ntuple is just adc and tdc.

Aaron, I'll let you know the exact position of the wall and the size of
each block.

The idea is to use the leadglass as a substitute for the missing Cerenkov
box. For momenta above 200 MeV/c, electrons are expected to deposit less
energy in the leadglass that pions. LG should therefore be useful for the
inclusive analysis in particular, and in the exclusive channels in those
regions where backgrounds matter.

Thanks and regards,

   Michael
