[BLAST_SHIFTS] Nozzle regeneration

The ABS density has dropped by 30-50%. We decided to do a nozzle
regeneration now and resume ABS D2 later today. Snake filling should be
postponed to later this week.

The tune has been improved (wire chamber scaler are now lower). Wire
chambers have become quiet since.
We're taking empty-target data at 225 mA injection current, starting from
run 14535.
