I removed the recruncher jobs (they were hanging around since Jan 15) from
spud6.
In regard of elog message 34134: spud1-8 have two CPUs each, while
spud9-12 and bud01-24 have only one each.
I lowered the voltage of LG_0U from -1990 to -1400V in the database in
case of a HV IOC reboot.
