[BLAST_SHIFTS] Daily BLAST meeting

Michael had a short look at the flasher problem in the D-tunnel
by checking multiple coincidence signals with a scope. The
first indication is that the laser is dead. It will be fixed
(replaced) during the maintenance day.

Beam is running fine at 225mA. The observed instability is less
significant after some work by Brian McAllister.

Run plan for this evening:

The target is likely to survive until Wednesday. The maintenance
day IS postponed to Wednesday unless the target clogs (*).

 * The sign of the nozzle clogging is steady decrease in LIGIT
and/or sharp decrease in C1 (on the ABS screen, normally
   around 9 torr.)

If it clogs this evening, plan is to take empty target data
until tuesday morning. In such a case call Genya.

During the maintenance day (Wednesday or tomorrow) Genya will use
the unpol system for calibration.

And as usual; pay attention to the log files: pol.log,
RUNLIST-D2.4, and keep track of the crunching.

Note that auto-cruncher is reporting the runs as crashed. This is
most of the time NOT correct. Check the output file (see elog for
details) before re-submitting the run.
