[BLASTTALK] problem with -m 8 parameters

Hi folks,

I have a little problem that I so far just found in relation with
mpi-blast and not with the ncbi (blastall 2.2.10) package.

When we are doing a big blast we just want the tableoutput -m 8:
blastall -p blastp -m 8 -d ...
After some tousands lines following error is printed:
[blastall] ERROR: gi|47459466|ref|YP_016328.1|: ObjMgrNextAvailEntityID
failed with idx 2048
[blastall] ERROR: gi|47459466|ref|YP_016328.1|: BioseqFindFunc: couldn't
uncache

The databases are okay, no duplicatons, the formatdb.log gave no error...

Running the blast without m 8 or 9 works, but produce a lot of result,
that we do not need!
