Ligit continued to oscillate with fill until operator took beam for 1/2 hr to try and inprove injection eff. Ligit problem is gone but beam tune exactly the same (!?). ACLR_3 has intermittent problem -- normal spectrum/high pedestal spectrum. Many trips from HV crate R2. All runs crunching (16189-16197).
