Run # 16383-16390 were taken for the polarized deuterium in this shift. As is planned, the beam current was switched to 150 mA at 9:15 AM. The
target cell has cooled down to 113 K since then.
The beam life time decreases when the ligit gets higher at the beam
injection period, which happened again during run # 16388 (see elog 36452).
The online gui shows that the BATS R3 is counting at the rate of ~1/10 of the neighboring counters.
