[BLAST_ANAWARE] Target::Target() : distribution mode unrecognized

Hey guys-

         My code is seemingly stuck in an initialization mode where I see
the line:

Target::Target() : distribution mode unrecognized, initialize a triangular
distribution

and then nothing happens as if it is trapped in a loop. I believe that
the suspect line in my code is:

  targ = init_targ(2);

         Any ideas what is going on here? (Of course this is following a
much needed update of my CVS repository)
