I have verified that the disk is bad. Main Board will either send us or bring
out a replacement. Also, the system was not booting because the boot block had
been corrupted on bud04's other disk. I have restored the boot block and the
system is now functional.

This was because I had plugged spud3 into the same UPS as spud4 (spud3's UPS
recently started showing "replace battery" messages). The UPS was becoming
overloaded because of this, which caused the UPS software to do a shutdown
of spud4. I'm ordering replacement batteries for all the Spud UPS's.
