there are no silly questions...
The latest recrunch (or, if the original is the only one) should be
accessible via $RECRUNCHDIR, see blast account. The latest version for
2005 data should be v3_4_12 located in
/net/data/9/Analysis/data/v3_4_12/lrd
lrd-crunched in August 2005.
The charge problem was fixed with run 15214 and is still present in the
crunched runs before this number. I'll work on it once I'm back.
