Re: energy loss corrections in reconstruction

Mike,
I'm crunching a MonteCarlo crunched with ELoss off. I think
it is more correct to run both through reconstruction and plot
the parameterization, rather than parameterizing "pml-pwl".

It will be done tomorrow.
