yet another offset plot

Here is one more offset plot, a comparison with the 5x2 plot in my
thesis. The only cuts are: qwl*qwr=-1. The 0,1,2.5 sigma bands
are shown from the original plot for comparison. The low momentum
junk appears in this plot because there is no cut on the TOF's as in
my thesis plot. The last two labels should be: phi_p - phi_p
(phi_e) and z_p - z_p(z_e).

Conclusion: the momentum and theta offsets are much flatter in theta
now, and are on the order of the resolution. However there are still
a lot of wiggles in momentum, which I believe are still due to the
t2d calibration.

The offsets in phi and z and not the same in each sector, which means
they cannot be resolved with a simple shift of one sector in phi and
z. However, since the electron is forward and the proton backward, I
think that phi can be resolved with a rotation (x-y) and a tilt (y-z)
of the wire chambers. Likewise, z could be resolved with a shift (z)
and a rotation (z-y) of the wire chambers. (in the blast system)

However, the results from such an fit will be meaningless unless a
careful correction for energy loss and radiation has been included.
