The following coordinates give the ideal centres of the WC gas volume
as taken from the CAD (Jim Kelsey) in the BLAST coordinate system.
These are for the left sector. Right sector has opposite X values.
Units are mm.

Inner 729.08505 0.0 814.34565
Middle 1056.30300 0.0 1176.95915
Outer 1383.38520 0.0 1539.42140

Note that the centre of the gas volume is not centred between the
super-layers in each chamber. The centre of the super-layers has the
following distances to the front and rear faces of each chamber.

Inner 109.76 110.00
Middle 169.20 160.80
Outer 110.00 110.11

                       Cheers,
