Re: pathlength bugfix and WC rigid body offsets

Hi Michael,
I fixed the bug in the new TrackLength(). The problem was that
the fit was not extended all the way to the scintillators, for
efficiency in the track fitting. Chi, could this be the problem of
the other PathLength() in the dst?
I've also written a code 'geomfull.cc' to calculate the
derivatives of the elastic offsets versus WC rigid body offsets (all
three chambers in the sector), and added a couple of options in
'blastrc' for adjustments to the WC geometry in each sector:

GeomWC.LeftOffset: 0,0,0,0,0,0
GeomWC.RightOffset: 0,0,0,0,0,0

The six numbers are: dx(cm), dy(cm), dz(cm), d alpha(deg), d beta
(deg), d gamma(deg), and are added to in the same coordinates from
'blast.geom'. This will be much easier than hand editing the
geometry files each time.
