holding field map

Hello there,
The holding field map is now fully integrated to the blast field map in
both the data crunching code, BlastLib2 (which is a c++ version), and
the the Monte Carlo code blastmc (which is a fortran version). In order
to fully utilize the field map, one needs to modify the initialization
file described below. Also, the visualization of the map at the actual
run time field map is now possible using the bfield command (see below).
The fortan version and c++ version can be compared. The difference
should be less than the order of 10^-6 gauss. The integration of the
holding field in to the particle trajectory calculation may be able to
address the effect on the blast geometry configuration more accurately.
In particular, the recent phi angle deviation in the elastic channel
could be accounted. The Monte Carlo simulation can now predict that,
also. For the technical issues on the code on the field map, please let
me know.

I did not check the file into the repository since it is written that
way somewhere. Instead, I suggest people to modify the following lines:
*.MagField.HoldField: on
*.MagField.File: bgrid2.large
*.HoldField.Long: 250.0
*.HoldField.Trans: 500.0

The modified file is checked into the repository

visualization softwares

Type "make bfield" at the blastmc directory and then type, "bfield" to
see the map. The command line options include but not limited to:
-s [number] : blast field strength
-t : transverse magnetic current
-l : longitudinal magnetic current
