Hi Eugene,
there are three maps from Genya's surveys: Jan2005, Jun2005, and Mar2006.
The latter two are in the excel file from 060407.
Doug's macro parametrizes the calculated average of the three surveyed
maps. Each individual map has its own "nominal" angle (=zeroth element of
the 9th-order polynomial, or simply theta(z=0). I'm not sure what
the zero-th element ("nominal") looks like for each map. This "nominal"
angle is of course different from the "average" angle. The "average" angle
in Chi's event sample gave the quoted values (see his summary slide).
Doug, perhaps you could send the "nominal" angle for each map.
