2005 deuterium recrunch with static timing

Hi,

after the first attempt had failed to do so earlier this month,
I've now completed a recrunch of the 2005 deuterium data #13279-16506
with lrd/v3_4_19 using static timing from blast.sc_cal (same as used in
online crunching) but run-by-run pedestal subtraction with MySQL.

Results were written to /net/data/10/Analysis/data/v3_4_19/lrd. (The
previous lrd-v3_4_19 results from the failed attempt are still on spud5,
but will be deleted soon).
RECRUNCHDIR has been updated to point to the new results.

For a total review of the various recrunches, see the attached file
"recrunch_status" which is also present in ANALDIR/RECRUNCHDIR.

This recrunch should allow the ed elastic analysis to apply unchanged
timing and coplanarity cuts, and hence to extract the nominal spin angle
for this setting (Chi?) and a final update of T20.

For GEn, a more elaborate timing calibration (update of the MySQL
database) is in progress (Eugene, please have look at this version
nevertheless).
