power shutdown affecting BLAST computers

I just learned today that the power in the Research Building will be shut
off most of tomorrow for maintenance on Switchgear 3. This will affect the
BLAST farm.

I will be scheduling all the BLAST computers, as well as BLAST05 and
BLAST02, to shutdown at 6AM tomorrow (9/20).
