I have a copy of B. Wagner et al, "A Moller Polarimeter for CW and
Pulsed Intermediate Energy Electron Beams", NIM A294 (1990) 541. It
describes the Mainz Moller polarimeter. There are plenty of useful
formulas, including the one Ed Booth was interested in.
