setting KINE 10 in fort files

hi everyone,

for once, i don't have a question; i just wanted to let you know about
some weirdness i found with blast. when i set the KINE settings in the
fort file, and then say
blast
read 38
trig 1
i would get nonsense. if i entered the same settings in GEANT by hand,
then everything worked fine. finally, chris and i figured out that there
is some issue with passing the KINE arguments to
the generator. that is, when the fort file contains something like:

KINE 10 0.440 90 20 20 -20 1 0.6 134 0

then the arguments apparently get used as integers, but if i say

KINE 10 0.440 90.0 20.0 20.0 -20.0 1.0 0.6 134.0 0.0

then they are treated as reals. since the generator parameters are reals,
the first case does weird things, but the second works fine. i don't
know why it works fine typing integers into GEANT, but not in the fort
file (anyone?), but since it works, i don't care. i'm happy to put the
decimals in the fort file.

i just thought i'd pass this along in case anyone else is having similar
problems.
