hi everyone,

i am successfully running blast in batch mode on campus. unfortunately,
there were so many things that i changed, that i'm not sure i remember
what the real problem was. I think the main problems
i had were just path problems. once i set CERNLIBPATH properly, i think
that helped. i don't know if this helps or not, but i do have it
working now.

good luck,

jason
