Please update your MC stuff from CVS. Just do:
cvs update -A - it will give you the latest.
Everything should work now, Simon had commented out some stuff regarding
the Moller generator. Anyway, since not everybody knows how to use the
autoconfig stuff (I don't, for example, and I do not have time to study it
right now) I simply provided an "old fashioned" way of using the Moller
generator - but now you have to have the mollerGen.f subroutine in the
blastmc directory, pretty much like the backgr.f subroutine for background.
