Silicon for recoil detectors now in the Monte Carlo

Hi!
I recently fixed the material for the recoil detectors - it was Aerogel
before, now it is Silicon.
For the Si radiation length I used 9.37 cm - I got the value from a
publication on the Web. I hope it is about right; if anyone thinks it is
wrong, please let me know and I will correct it!
