Hi Blasters,
I got a copy of blastmc last week Friday and was not able to
compile and run it. I start blast, do a read 38, and it crashes
with sementation fault when I type trig 1. This is also what
Tim reported about. Does anybody know about this problem?
I don't know if this additional problem is specific for my setup:
I did the autoconf for blast with --enable-moller (and --without-motif)
and then make. I got the following errors:
>...

>make[1]: *** Deleting file `libBlast_Cint.cc'
To avoid these errors and the following crash in libBlast_Cint.cc
one has to remove all comments from the #define lines in the files
TBLEvent.h and TBLRaw.h in the directory ~/blast/BlastLib.
It seems that this problem is unrelated to the general problem Tim
reported about.
