TEPElastic classes

Hi everyone,

i wrote some new classes that i thought might be useful for others. They
are basically things like form factors, cross sections, and kinematics
variables that are relevant for e-N scattering (i am using them for ep
scattering, but with the right form factor object you could do e-n, and i
guess
e-d too). They can be found in cvs in blast/userGen/epel/

TKine is the kinematics class. once you set the scattering angle and beam
energy (or energy and q^2) then you have a bunch of other variables.

VFormFactor is an abstract class used to make form factor
parameterizations. there is an implementation of this: TFFHoehlerP which
gives the hoehler proton parameterization. (more coming soon. also, if
anyone could point me too a deuteron parameterization i'll write a
deuteron form factor)

TEPElastic gives e-N scattering cross sections and related quantities
(asymmetry, etc.)

TBLErrors is a class that calculates uncertainties in things like theta_q,
and asymmetries in BLAST. these can be used to calculate uncertainties
for various experiments, etc.

ok, that's all. i just thought these might be useful for people working
on generators and other stuff.

thanks,

jason
