Hi Jason,

The deuteron elastic form factors are programmed into DGen, there are
three parameterizations used over there, the infomation about them can be find
at:

http://www-dapnia-cean.fr/Sphn/T20/Parametrisations/
they are coded into DeuteronParam.h and Deuteron_EL.cc.

Please also see the following papers for the details:

In case you are interested in the quasi-elastic channel of deuteron,
references could be found in:

Arenhovel, P.R.C, 46, 455, (1992)
