[BLAST_CODA] another tpye of coda hang (?)

I've apparently experienced another type of "hang". After
so many evts (30K) Coda differential rate went to zero and
the screen stop updating (that I believe I've not seen before)

Waited a copuple of minutes but coda would not kick back in
as it did earlier in the run during a "sleep". Rate was
100 Hz/25 and Kbytes/s

Tried to pause, failed, end of run was not possible anymore (reset
and re-started running). So I believe now that coda could really hang
in the middle of a run (not just at the beginning)
