Hello, all:

I sent out an e-mail a few days ago saying that a new "master" fort file
(fort.99) was now in the CVS for the Monte Carlo. From the replies that I
got, I should also mention that, in addition to the new fort.99 file, I
also updated the code (namely, blast_init.f, blast_proc.f, and some other
files). So, it's not just that the fort commands have been documented;
they have also been corrected in the code.

As such, trying to use the fort.99 file WITHOUT also CVSing out a new
Monte Carlo directory is probably not a good idea. Besides, there are
some mistakes in the previously-new Monte Carlo files which I fixed.
