_ User coda has again ownership of the "standard" .crl, .o and .c files.
_ The makelist script has been adjusted such that the "right" filename
is always compiled (the name in header of the .o file must match the
list name specified in the coda database).
_ New codes could be downloaded without problems this time
_ The invocation of makelist has slightly changed.
./makelist <your_filename> 68k <db_filename> (without .crl)
e.g.
./makelist this_is_myfile 68k commis_l_pri
