problems with nsed ?

Hello People,

I know I have been out of the loop for awhile, but I'm
back.

I was porting all the blast software up to Dartmouth.
After a cvs update, I was making nsed and got the following
error:

nsed.cc:502: `class TBLWc1ChamberGeometry' has no member named `sym_flag'
...
nsed.cc:1449: `class TBLWc1ChamberGeometry' has no member named `SCx'
nsed.cc:1450: `class TBLWc1ChamberGeometry' has no member named `SCy'
nsed.cc:1450: `class TBLWc1ChamberGeometry' has no member named `SCz'
nsed.cc:1454: `class TBLWc1ChamberGeometry' has no member named `NCnum'
...
and many more of the same. I take it that TBLWc1ChamberGeometry
is not inheriting TBLGeometry correctly?

Also when use libBlast.so

dlopen error: /home/tps/cvs/run/./libBlast.so: undefined symbol:
__vt_14TBLGeomGeneral
Load Error: Failed to load Dynamic link library
/home/tps/cvs/run/./libBlast.so
*** Interpreter error recovered ***

These errors are the same at Dartmouth and Bates.

I take it this has to do with the migration to the more
general geometry. Is this something someone is working on?

                                Tim
