The signal cables coming out of the start counter were hooked up to a
delay unit in the D tunnel. I unhooked them and hooked them up directly to
the splitter, position corresponding to right TOF 15 (top and bottom), as
you said.
Should have I gotten the output of the delay unit and hooked that up to
the splitter instead of going directly to the splitter (without the delay)?
