[BLAST_TOF] Evening Shift Summary

At the start of shift it was found that the 5 test paddles had fallen
breaking the lightguide joint of LTOF3BOT and one test paddle base.

The four remaining test paddles were supported in a more enduring manner
in the following configuration:

Test Paddle Covering TOF Borrows cables of TOF
        L 0 L 5 BOT
        L 1 L 6 BOT
        L 14 L 12 BOT
        L 15 L 13 BOT

After putting everything back together as best as could be done data
taking finally began. The broken joint will be fixed at a later date.

Run 1577 17K was taken without the test paddle covering LTOF1
Run 1578 still in progress has the above configuration.

The aim was to try and get enough events for an efficiency measurement of
the backward paddles, so long runs are being taken albeit with an trigger
rate of about 6 Hz.

Because of the new configuration Adrian's efficiency macro
TOFeff.C may need to be modified. This is in progress.

The following shift should focus on ensuring that the macro reflects the
current setup and the determination of the efficiency. If it is deemed to
be acceptable then the small paddles should be moved to the next set of
detectors. If not then the voltages must be adjusted accordingly and the
process iterated.
