[BLAST_SHIFTS] TOF ADC spike problem solved

Hi!
I've been doing some thinking :-) and I found what the TOF ADC problem
was.
The spikes were due not to SH background, not to noisy PMTs etc. - they
were due to cosmics hitting the PMTs (mostly the top PMT, I think, due to
the geometry).
When plotting ADC versus TDC difference, cutting on the absolute value of
the TDC diff to get the scintillator material (not lightguides), the
spikes go away!
Plots are in the logbook... and will also be presented tomorrow at the
collaboration meeting.

So most of the TOF issues have been worked out - we still have to get some
more mu-metal on the PMTs to protect them from B-field.
