[BLAST_TOF] 1 broken light guide (R10b) one bad pmt (R6t)

The light guide of r10b is way below the others. I noticed this
yesterday. It was not noticed on friday as far as I know. The tube
does still count but clearly lower than the other tofs.

Should we plan on fixing it now ? (in position).
Should we wait for the thanksgiving shutdown to have the glue cure ?

About R6t: the pmt does not draw any current and of course there is no
signal there. This was not the case before the power failure. It may be a
bad tube, I want to check the hv connection this afternoon
