Hi Tancredi,

   I think it is pretty certain that the joint cannot be fixed
in situ because of the way the frame clamps onto the TOF right
at the juncture between scintillator and light guide. So the
whole CC-TOF assembly has to come out. We need to coordinate
with Kelsey.

   Regarding 6t, I would suspect a blown power supply ouput or
base before I would suspect the PMT, assuming it was due to some
sort of power surge associated with the power failure.
