Fellow BLASTers,
I am pleased to see the progres that has been made on the wire
chambers, showing the unambiguous effect of good beam setup. And
I'm happy to see that work is continuing on the Cerenkov studies.
However, the run plan for the weekend was to hit hard on the
neutron counters and take WC data on the 0-8 shifts when Aaron
was on. I remind you that the present plan is to remove this
neutron wall early next week, and as far as I can see (or perhaps
a better phrase is "don't see") little progress is being made on the
NCs. Is my assessment correct? Can someone please summarize the
status of studies on the NCs?
