midnight shift:
  we took elastic data, raising the cerenkov voltages by 100 V and 200
V, staying below 2600 V max. used the 'elastic_coincs.settings'
trigger. modified it to have the following physics triggers:
  PHYS0=coinc, forward-forward excluded
  PHYS1=coinc, included
  PHYS2=left singles
  PHYS3=right singles

runs:
  2780 +100V 25mV cc threshold
  2781 " 35mV
  2785 +200V 25mV
  2786 " 35mV

haven't had a chance to look at it. also took one run with
'any_coincs.settings' trigger to test against 'elastic_coincs' trigger
setting.
