hi,
i updated the hvDaemon to automatically run beamgate when the voltages
are changed. it runs the scripts "~blast/bin/beamgate_{on,off}". It
checks the environment variable $BEAMGATE_DELAY (default 30) for the
time in seconds to wait after voltages are turned on, before lifting the
beam gate.
it is hvDaemon.1.2, which is now linked to hvDaemon. if you have
problems with it, you can resort to 1.1.
