[BLAST_ANAWARE] LR asymmetry, timing cuts in cuts.C

hi everyone,

just an update:

i have been working on getting this asymmetry stuff done. at the moment
i have a script in devel called 'js_asymmetry.C' which will (eventually)
read the cuts from cuts.C and then calculate the asymmetry for each pair
of paddles. at the moment there is a problem with setting some cut
string or something, and i get seg faults, so i can't make it loop over
each combination. i should be able to fix this on shift tomorrow night.

anyway, in the process, i eyeballed timing cuts for each paddle
combination (using the 2D proton_adc:tdcdiff to find the protons), and
put the cut values in cuts.C. (i put tdcdiff ranges in for plnn and
prnn), so these cuts should be pretty good. note that the cuts are for
field on (runs 2749-2755). i am trying to get a coplanarity cut in
there too. you can tell which plnn and prnn values are new because i
removed the adc cut in each of them that i edited.
