Jason Seely & Chris Crawford,

we took data at low flow rate 0.2 sccm, `elastic_coincs' trigger:

runs (2813, 2814 from previous shift), 2815, 2816
all 500k events

we also took some data with the `elastic_coinc_nc' trigger:

runs 2817 (500k), 2818 (70k) 0.2 sccm
runs 2819 (500k), 2820 (500k) 2.0 sccm

note that the dead time for these runs was ~100%, coda maxed out
at data rate of 770 Hz, but didn't have problems.
