Vitaliy Ziskin & Timothy Smith
We had no beam during this shift. The IEEE meeting and tour
took place early in the evening - and the accelerator was slow
in coming back.
Vitaliy developed an analysis macro for beam helicity asymmetry.
The description of that is in a separate email. Tim added a few
features to nsed (not yet released).
