We took more (e,ep) data, after beam came on at 2:00

Run 2832: Slits open
Runs 2833-4: Slits in

The HV crate #1 had crashed sometime before we began taking data, and so we reset
it in the D-tunnel.

Also, when we got on shift, the epics screen showed deuterium flowing at a rate of
0.5 sccm, even though it reported the deuterium valves to all be closed. However,
when we turned on the hydrogen 0.2 sccm, the deuterium rate dropped to zero, and
the ring operators noticed an INCREASE in beam lifetime (less gas in the ring)!
Not sure what happened, but things seemed to work fine after switching to hydrogen.

I added a 'setup' script in the 'commis/hv' directory to setup all of the controls
windows, including the new epics gui, into one viewport. it only sets up the
windows and directories, but does not call the programs, so you do not have to
worry about inadvertently calling up the HV daemon.
