hi everyone,

i used the revised target thickness given in hauke's email from last
week (1.33e14 atoms/cm^2) to re-calculate the cross section. please see
the two plots enclosed. cross_section_133_* is the new one, and
cross_section_* is the one i showed at last week's meeting.
