Hi,
I have found an error in the electronics map for the wire chambers
in blast/commis/Blast_params/electronics.map. Basically for the left
sector superlayers 0 AND 1 had the wire layers reversed. It looks as if
whoever (maybe it was me) edited the file to reflect that superlayer 1 is
physically wired backwards actually changed superlayer 0 and left 1 normal.
Anyway the current map is hopefully correct in this regard.
I also notice that the spare channel 16 is used 7 times at various
places through the map. I will open the chambers and check that these are
correct and update the file again later today if necessary.
People should be using the electronics map from the above directory
and not keeping private copies elsewhere. Perhaps some Chris or Tancredi
could arrange that this version is stored in CVS or wherever such things
should be stored. Thanks.
