Since the tdc offsets generated with the flasher seem to work relatively
well. I have checked in two things:
flasher_tdc_offsets.C
-again this little macro determines the offsets by setting target
values of 2000 and 0 for avg and pos respectively.
-I added a multiplying factor of (-1) as TBLDetRecon.cc subtracts
the offsets and the macro assumes they are added. It is just a convention
so I took care of it in the macro instead of TBLDetRecon.
TBLCut_coda.h
-I added a multiplying factor of 0.5 to the TOF position function
which, up until now, was a DIFF not a true POSITION.
Also, in the phase2 directory, I copied the offset file generated with
flasher run 3465 (but this was from my directory as I have not compiled
libBlast.so with the new TBLCut_coda.h as blast - but that is OK as this
is a proper offset file)
