[BLAST_TOF] PMT's history

Hello,
just that I don't forget this is a recollection of recent
PMT issues that occured in these past few weeks during
installation/removal of CC shielding and tof sections:

L0 bot = not secure -> remounted
L3 top = light guide
L6 bot = fell off
R5 bot = fell off

R9 top (or r10 top??) = bumped -> remounted

these are the 1st ones to look at with gain matching. When a tube "fell
off" it always landed vertically and the mu-metal took the hit.

right now everything is connected again and new mu-metal is on order.
