[BLAST_ANAWARE] Few comments about analysis code

I found that the raw.eventType was assigned in TBLRaw.cc before the coda
event was accualy read out. This means that eventType was "lagging" by
one event everytime. In other words the program kept the eventType of
the previous event. I fixed it, but I can't check it in since I get a
cvs error about "sticky tag 'pro'" not being a branch. At any rate....
I found in lrn.C program that we "loose" first physics event to looking
for the first physics event (irony???). This is fine since we have
plenty of other physics events. However, if one wants to use event list
with nsed since the sycronization is lost. I assume that this is due to
the fact that nsed does not do this "search" for the first physics
event. Any comments?

                                                                Cheers,
Vitaliy
