On a bunch of macros and also in TBLDetRecon somehow we stuck
with the cut/histogram definition 0 < tdc < 4000 for a tof hit.
Actually 4096 is the TDC overflow channel for the tofs, so the
cut/histogram should read 0 < tdc < 4096.
It may be a minor point but please keep it in mind and check your
macros/programs.
