[BLAST_ANAWARE] getting notifcations of cvs updates

hi,
  a few people have expressed interest of receiving emails of cvs
updates. this has already been done. to add youself to the list,
checkout the CVSROOT module, add your email address to loginfo, and
check it back in.

e.g.

cd blast
cvs up -d CVSROOT
echo -n ' chris2@lns.mit.edu' >> loginfo #don't forget a space between '
and your email
cvs ci -m '' loginfo
